Care at home: one of our services
Alongside our wider physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, Physio-Care provides home-based physiotherapy for suitable patients who may benefit from receiving rehabilitation support at home.
Is it right for you?
Whether home-based physiotherapy is suitable depends on individual needs. Some treatment is best provided at a clinic, and we will discuss the most appropriate option with you.
How it works
We discuss your needs by phone and confirm whether a home visit is suitable and within our service areas.
A physiotherapist assesses movement and function, and how you manage in your home.
Treatment and exercises are planned around your goals and your home setting.
With your consent, family members and caregivers can learn how to help safely.
Home-based physiotherapy is provided within our service areas in Kampala and Wakiso. Please contact us to confirm whether we can visit your area.
