Who we are

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our forms:

• Appointment requests: your name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred location, service, preferred date and time, preferred contact method and any message you include.
• Contact messages: your name, phone number and/or email address, subject and message.

Our forms are designed not to collect detailed medical information. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health details in website messages. Your physiotherapist will discuss your health with you directly.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange or confirm an appointment
• To contact you using your preferred contact method

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are sent securely to our clinic email inbox. This website does not store submissions in a website database. Basic technical information (such as IP addresses) may be processed briefly to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and arrange care, or as required by law. Subject to these conditions, the applicable personal data is retained for 10 years.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law in Uganda, including the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, please contact us.
